VW 16V / AHU (1Z) TDi Weld-on Coolant Flange

This flange allows you to build the coolant flange assembly to best suit your project. It fits the port located at the side of the head of the 16v engine and on the ports on the front and side of a TDi engine. It has an O-ring groove for use with the OE gasket. The flange accepts 1" OD tubing, is cut from 6061 Aluminum plate, and then finished in the mill.  

 It will also fit some MK2 1.8l models
